Melodist & Co founder Sean Anthony upon falling in love himself, discovered the joy of creating a specially crafted love song for his wife Ali. Sean is a romantic at heart and loves the idea of sharing that gift with others, believing that any loving couple should be able to celebrate their relationship with a song that tells their love story.

Sean is pictured here doing his best to entertain his lovely life partner, symbolising that just as formal dress doesn’t have to mean formal behaviour, a love song should be beautiful and romantic but also fun.

He takes inspiration from his dearly departed Nanna, a talented pianist who even played accompaniment for silent movies! Nan’s Ronisch upright piano is well over a century old, but still sounds  amazing and is a centrepiece of Melodist & Co songwriting.

Tari Peterson leads our song production team drawing upon a wide network of songwriting, recording and music production artist/resources.

Tari studied a Bachelor of Popular Music at the Queensland Conservatorium and has been writing and recording music for over ten years. Working in a range of genres, her specialty is beautiful acoustic guitar based songs.

The Melodist & Co team are based on the southern end of Australia’s Gold Coast.
